A regular meeting of the NEA executive members was held on January 17, 2023 in Kathmandu. The president of NEA, Prof. Bishambher Pyakuryal, PhD chaired the session. The meeting started with an updates from Dr. Gopal Tiwari, General Secretary of NEA. The meeting discussed and make necessary decisions on:
- On going collaboration between NEA and Ministry of Finance, Government of Nepal. The president of NEA Prof. Bishambher Pyakuryal, PhD and Vice President Prof. Govinda Nepal, PhD briefed about the progress and shed light on the plans to accomplish the assignment with high quality, rigour and standard.
- Co-hosting South Asian Economics Students Meet (SAESM) jointly with Central Department of Economics, Tribhuvan University. The meeting appointed Mr. Naveen Adhikari, Executive Member, as a coordinator for hosting 18th edition of SAESM.
